The Fee Desk is how we structure every Desktop Swap Planning Session and shorter review. It is a human process, not a login.
Intake
You name the pair, chain, size band, and any hard deadline. We decline requests that require custody or key sharing.
Condition pass
We look at fee pressure and pool depth relevant to your size — enough to write ranges, not enough to pretend certainty.
Live session
Seventy-five minutes for a full brief; shorter for timing-only or buffer audits. You stay on your desktop; we stay on ours.
Written brief
You receive a one-page note: buffers, fee window, and the checklist to read before confirm. Clarifying email included for five days.
When the Fee Desk is the wrong fit
