Refunds & rescheduling

These rules apply to paid consultations offered by DevEnviro Digital: Desktop Swap Planning Sessions, Network Fee Timing Reviews, and Slippage Buffer Audits. They do not describe physical product returns — we do not sell physical goods on this site.
Eligibility overview

Partial refunds
If a session starts but must end early because of our technical failure (for example our video link fails permanently), we refund a pro-rata portion or rebook at no extra charge. If you end early for personal reasons after the session has begun, fees for time already spent are non-refundable.
Non-refundable items
- Completed consultations where the written brief was delivered
- Deposits forfeited under the late-cancel or no-show rules above
- Third-party costs you incur (your internet, your travel to the office)
How to request a refund
Email info@devenviro.digital with your booking time, name, and reason. We respond within three business days. Approved refunds return via the original bank transfer route within ten business days of approval.
Rescheduling
One complimentary reschedule is allowed if requested at least 48 hours ahead. Later reschedules may be treated as a late cancel for deposit purposes.
Work already started
Once a live session begins, planning work has started. Refunds follow the partial-refund and completed-session rows above.
