Acceptance

By using devenviro.digital or booking a consultation with DevEnviro Digital, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book a session.

Services described

We provide informational planning consultations related to token swaps, slippage buffers, and network fee timing for desktop users. We do not execute trades, custody assets, or provide regulated investment advice unless separately and expressly agreed in writing under applicable Korean law.

Accounts and accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit (pairs, chains, size bands). We may decline or end a session if the request requires custody, key sharing, or illegal activity.

Intellectual property

Session briefs are licensed to you for personal or internal business use. Site content, branding, and templates remain the property of DevEnviro Digital. You may not republish our materials as your own advisory product.

Payments

Prices on the site are informational. Binding fees appear in confirmation emails. Deposits hold calendar slots as described on the rates and refunds pages.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Korea, DevEnviro Digital is not liable for trading losses, missed fee windows after a brief is delivered, market moves between briefing and execution, or third-party wallet or network failures. Our aggregate liability for a paid consultation is limited to the fees you paid for that consultation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Busan shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
